Just Imagine...

If everyone you know had something great to share
or some great work to accomplish,
and was willing to both do and share it,
regardless of cost or reward,
just because it was the right thing to do,
and could make a real difference in someone else's life!

Anyone who does those things should be called a Hero, and on this page, we recognize
"Our Hometown Heroes"

Chris Hammond and the Chris Hammond Youth Foundation:

We salute and honor the contributions of Chris Hammond and his family, and the difference the Chris Hammond Youth Foundation is making in financially assisting in the construction and maintenance of recreation and athletic facilities in rural communities, including the French-Hammond Park in Wedowee.

We can all help Chris as he helps others by attending or sponsoring an event at the Wedowee Fun Day at the French-Hammond Park in Wedowee. The 4th Annual Event will be held Sunday afternoon, September 5th, 2010. Details to follow.
